Rev. Harry D. PITTMAN

PITTMAN, Rev. Harry D. 79, of Seminole, was called home on June 25, 2013. Born in Memphis, TN he was a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and UCLA. He held his first pastor/planter position in Fredericksburg, TX and later become the Director of Stewardship Ministries for CBFMS before becoming the Planned Giving Director at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks in 2003. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Henrietta; six children, Pamela Pittman, Grace Newman, Susan Boyer, John Pittman, Ruth Diepersloot, and Heather Johns; brother, J. Edward Pittman; 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks in Largo.
