Pops, I will always love you with all my heart and soul. You have taught me so many things in sports as well as in life that I still live by them today. Pop, you are one of a kind (the best) and I am very proud to be your son. Your Grand kids will know who their Grandfather/Great Grandfather was. From your loving heart and your ability to make us smile, we will never forget you. I will miss you. love ya always Jerry

Jack was one of the greatest basketball players EVER in St Petersburg...When I was 13,Jack taught a basketball course at the YMCA on Saturdays...I got more good basic Basketball from that than any of my future coachs...Even when I was Capt of the St. Pete Jr College B- Ball team in 1959 I still remember many of the things he taught us...Rest in Peace Jack....Chuck Philips
