ENSELL, Samuel 80, of Brooksville passed away Aug. 28, 2013 at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Olean, NY and came here in 1980 from Clearwater. He served 5 years in the U.S. Navy; attended the Naval School of Music in Washington, and retired from the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict. After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family, and working on his farm. Samuel was Protestant by faith. He is survived by his beloved wife, Betty of 57 years; 4 children, Debbie Jean Willett of Safety Harbor; Helen Annelle Santarelli of Odessa; Samuel Lee Ensell of Spring Hill and Sai Ann Ensell of Brooksville; 2 brothers, Maurice A. Ensell of Brooksville and Albert J. Ensell of Olean, NY; 6 grandchildren, Cristina Santarelli, Sean Willett, Naomi Ruth Ensell, Kyle Willett, Samuel Lee Jr., and Mikel Santarelli, and 4 great-grandchildren, Milla Pi-att, Kai Ensell, Brett and Jax. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, Sept. 5th from 5-7 pm at the Brooksville Chapel. He will be laid to rest Friday, Sept. 6th, at 2 pm at the Florida National Cemetery with Military Honors. Brewer & Sons/352-796-4991.
