Stephen W. "Buck" SABADOSH

SABADOSH, Stephen W. "Buck" 81, of Palm Harbor, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014. Born in Hartford, CT on July 13, 1932, Buck was the son of Stephen Sabadosh and Helen Grom Sabadosh. His childhood was spent in Fairfield County, CT. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He returned home and in 1958 married his sweetheart, Blanche Chapman. Buck worked at Hidu Offset Printing before starting his own business, Fairfield Graphics. They lived in Monroe, CT where they raised their 4 children before moving to Palm Harbor in 1977.He founded L&N Label Co. in Clearwater in 1979 and retired in 2000. Buck was an avid golfer, enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with his family. His loving personality and positive attitude oflife was very contagious with everyone he met. His grandchildren called him "poppie". He was predeceased by his parents and sister, Lois Lesko.Buck is survived by his loving wife, Blanche Sabadosh of 57 years; sons, Scott Sabadosh of Palm Harbor and Stephen Sabadosh and wife Julee Ritchie Sabadosh of Blue Ridge, GA; daughters, Sandra Lee Sabadosh and husband Rex Cheek, Sharon Widera Sabadosh and Jody Gray of St. Petersburg; beloved grandchildren, Richie Hagen, Christopher Parasco, Stephen J. Sabadosh, Laurel Sabadosh, Jeffery Cheek and Matt Cheek; nephew, Michael Lesko; brother-in-law, Bob Chapman and Katie Chapman. Mass Service in Bucks honor will take place on Saturday, March 8, at 11 am at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 715 E. Orange Ave., Tarpon Springs, followed by a service at Curlew Hills Memorial Gardens, Palm Harbor.
