William W. "Bill" YOUNG

YOUNG, William W. "Bill" 83, of Belleair Bluffs, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2013. He was born in Riverside, NJ, on March 21, 1930. Bill was an Episcopalian and a U.S. Navy veteran, serving aboard the USS Braine DD630. He worked for the Public Service Electric & Gas Company in Morrestown, NJ, for 9 years before moving to Belleair Bluffs in 1964. He worked in System Production Control for Florida Power Corp. in Clearwater for 30 years. Bill was a member of IBEW Local 682 in St. Petersburg, a member of the American Legion Post 119 in Largo, and volunteer for the Belleair Bluffs Fire Department. He is survived by his loving family: wife, Emma; sons, William T. Young of St. Petersburg, & Kurt D. Young of Clearwater; his daughter, Kim Madrishin of Weeki Wachee; his grandsons, Travis (Lydia) Young & Chad (Sara) Young; his granddaughter, Tammy Young. Visitation will be held Friday, May 10th, 6-9 pm, Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 11, 10 am, both at Hubbell Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, Largo.
