Donald WIRTH Obituary

WIRTH, Donald C.

of Bradenton passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the age of 43. He was born August 1, 1975 in Clearwater, Florida. After graduation from Largo High School, he went on to receive his CRNA degree from Florida International University. He practiced at Morton Plant, Bayfront, and Manatee Memorial and most recently at Palms of Pasadena hospitals.

When Don wasn't busy helping others and saving lives, he will be forever remembered for his meticulous home projects, such as building custom furniture and mowing his lawn in diagonal lines. He also had a passion for boating, diving for lobsters, and growing flowers. You would never find Don without a drawer full of candy and a pitcher of Crystal Light. Beginning as his Big Brother over a decade ago, he was the proud mentor to a wonderful young man, Chris Lowe. He was a dedicated, selfless friend to everyone he encountered. Above all, he was a kind hearted and generous husband, father, son, and brother.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Schroeppel Wirth; and their children, Jaxson Parker and Addison Harper; parents, John and Marilyn Wirth; and his # 1 brother, Robert Wirth.

He was preceded in death by his two canine best friends, Belle and Winny.

To quote Don's favorite phrase, family and friends are invited to "Get Back" at a Memorial Service to be held Saturday at 10:30 am September 1, 2018 at Bayside Community Church 15800 FL-64, Bradenton, FL 34212. His family will greet friends from 9:30-10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's honor to Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida or Southeastern Guide Dogs. Arrangements by Robert Toale & Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park.

I am so sorry to hear this. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all who knew him. I hired Don as an LPN at Morton Plant Hospital. I was fortunate enough to not only be a coworker, but to also become a friend. Don made everyone in his presence feel special, patients and staff alike. Don loved life as much as anyone I have ever known. I unfortunately lost touch with Don years ago, and have not had the privilege of meeting his wife and kids, but what a husband and father he must have been. The world would be a better place with more people like Don.

We lived next door to the GREAT MAN. He was one of the kindest men we have met. We thought of him and said he was like our Son. I loved hearing him playing in the pool with his kids the laughter was
Wonderful. He loved Jen so much. I could see it in the way he looked at her. We are in SHOCK. We are so glad to have known this GREAT MAN. Joyce and Larry
