With his wife Florine, Ed retired to Lakewood Estates in the late 1970s and worked on perfecting his golf game, which resulted in three holes-in-one. The Clarks moved to Roseburg, OR for five years before returning to St. Petersburg where they lived at Westminster Shores. Ed was married to Florine for 62 years until her death in 2006. Daughter, Shawn Check, St. Petersburg; son, Mike Clark, Los Angeles; and granddaughters Carrie and Sara survive him. National Cremation Society, Clearwater.
