King, George Thomas Jr. "Bud", to family "Dad-E-O" 88, of St Petersburg died at home Friday, August 2, 2013. He was born in Chicago, IL on Nov. 11, 1924. In World War II he served with the Marine Corps in the South Pacific. He moved from Hillside, IL with his wife and two children to St Petersburg in Dec. 1958. He was a distributor for Paymaster Technologies. He loved a cold Miller Lite at The St Pete Ale House, model trains, flashy cars, The Price is Right, and a good prank. George says "Adios" to his friends at The Ale House. And the family says thank you to the Silver Team at Hospice for their support. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Evelyn; and their cat of 17 years "Mister". He is survived by his children Susan King, Clearwater, and Robert King, Somers MT. Anderson-McQueen has completed final rites.
