RATLIFF, Dewey "Bill" 88, Brooksville, entered into rest Dec. 7, 2013. Born in Kentucky, Bill moved to Florida two years ago, coming from Tennessee. Throughout his life, he resided in Arizona, Michigan, Georgia and Florida. Bill was a WWII U.S. Army veteran and Baptist by faith. He was helpful to others to a fault and loved to tinker with anything he thought he could fix. He found value in what others did not! Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anne, and is survived by his caregiver and special friend, Frances (Claude) George, and her daughter, Sonya Esterline (Steve); friends, Barbara and Dave, and numerous friends he made along his life journey.
