HEINICKE, Norma L.

(Payne) 89, died Nov. 25, 2017. Born April 15, 1928 in Louisville, KY to Anna (Cathcart) and Forrest Payne. She is preceded in death by 10 siblings and her husband, Vic, together they served 18 years on the Lutheran mission field in Papua New Guinea. She is survived by her seven children, Elizabeth Bruns (John), Stephen (Ann), Karen Heinicke-Motsch (Thomas), Cheryl Heebner, Janetta, Leah (Joe), and Brenda (Sabrina); grandchildren, Melissa, Angela, Jill, Amanda, Erica, Zachary, Kerstin, and Alexander; great-grandchildren, Kira, Katherine, Roland, Declan, Eric, and Jeremy; and her sister, Verna. Norma is remembered for her quick laugh and strong faith. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Petersburg, FL, Saturday, Dec. 2, at 10 am. Complete obituary at:
