WOHL, Stanley 86, of Clearwater, passed away May 18th. He grew up in Brooklyn and received Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering from New York University. He served in World War II as an Army First Lieutenant in the 284th Engineer Combat Battalion during the Battle of the Bulge. He lived and practiced engineering in Staten Island, NY until relocating to Clearwater in 1978 and practiced here for many years. He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Phyllis; son Ron (Darcie); and two precious granddaughters, Madeleine and Adrienne. A graveside service will be held at Sylvan Abbey in Clearwater at 9:30am on Thursday, May 20th. No flowers please.
