HALL, Victor Lamar 93, of Tampa, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Oct 25, 2013. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Mildred, his brother Lambert Hall, and his sister, Evanell Rutledge. He is survived by his daughters, Shirley Whitman (Armand), Linda McGuire, Jeanie Josephson (David), Betty Osbourne (Rick); his grandchildren, Dwayne Josephson, David Whitman, Chris Osbourne, Ricky McGuire, Tracy Osbourne, Jeremy Josephson (Tabby); many great-grand children; his brother, Kenneth Wilbur Hall (Fay); many nieces and nephews; and other loving family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a proud member of the International Union of Brick Layers & Allied Craftsworkers of America, Local #1. He had an amazing way with flowers and could grow anything. Graveside services will be held at the Garden of Memories Cemetery on Friday, Nov. 1, at 3 pm.
