DANTIN, Wilma Watson

94, passed away February 7, 2018 in Windermere, Florida. Wilma was born and reared in Jacksonville, Florida. She was the daughter of the late William Lee and Vivian Evans Watson, sister to the late James N. Watson, the late Elizabeth Chapin, and the late Myra Scott. Wilma and her late husband of 46 years, Edwin G. Dantin, raised two children in Texas. They retired and lived many happy years in St Petersburg, Florida. She spent her last years in Windermere, Florida. Wilma was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church, and a member of many social, civic and garden groups. She lived a happy life. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Smith of Jacksonville, Florida and her sons, Edwin G. Dantin, Jr (Dan) and Frank Santos of Windermere, Florida. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Canine Companions for Independence, 8150 Clarcona Ocoee Road, Orlando, Florida 32818; Florida United Methodist Children's Home, 51 Children's Way, Enterprise, Florida 32725 or your choice of charity.
