AHRENS, Jonathan, 71, of Riverview, Fla., passed away October 31, 2010. He was a member of Immanuel

Lutheran Church, Charlottesville, Va., and Brandon, Fla. He was a retired sales representative with Southern Wine and Spirits. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Hatcher Ahrens. Mr. Ahrens is survived by his son, Byron Ahrens and daughter-in-law, Tina Ahrens, of McDonough, Ga., parents of Rachel and Kimberly Ahrens; son, Bert Ahrens and daughter-in-law, Madeline, of St. Petersburg, Fla., parents of Anneleise and Jarrett Ahrens; daughter, Leah Ahrens Billingsley and son-in-law, Chris Billingsley, of Palmyra, Va., parents of Alena and Austen Billingsley; son, Dean Ahrens of Brandon, Fla.; and daughter, Dana Ahrens Heath of Tampa, parent of Ann-Marie, Juliana and Thomas Heath. A memorial service will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Brandon, Fla. A graveside service for friends and family will take place Saturday, November 6, 2010, at Norris Memorial Gardens, Norris, Tenn. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer' s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011 or to LifePath Hospice Development Department, 12973 N. Telecom Parkway, Suite 100, Temple Terrace, FL 33637-0907.
