FELIZ MELLOR, Otilia "Tillie" Pia, passed away of natural causes at the "young" age of 103. She is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Feliz Diaz (Antonio P. Diaz, Sr.), and Diana Feliz Anton; 5 grandchildren, Barbara Diaz Juskowski (Edward), Dr. Antonio P. Diaz, Jr. (Jacqueline), Nancy Diaz Andreasen (David), Mark Feliz Anton (Jeffrey) and Rebecca Anton Gerber (Robert); step-grandson, David Anton (Becky). Also surviving are her great-grandchildren, Kevin Juskowski, Megan Andreasen and Avery Diaz and her step-great-grandchildren, Hannah Ferrell Anton and Eve Ferrell Anton and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernardo Feliz, her second husband, Walter Mellor, and 12 brothers and sisters. "Tillie" was the daughter of Spanish immigrants and born and raised in Ybor City. She possessed a zest for life and was a ballroom dancer, dancing and competing up to her 100th birthday, a devoted fashionista and an amazing seamstress. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, always putting her family first. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 10 from 12 noon until 2 pm with funeral services at 2 pm at JGR Funeral Home 6718 N. Armenia Ave. Tampa. Graveside services will follow at Centro Asturiano de Tampa Cemetery at 3 o' clock pm. Pall bearers will be Antonio P. Diaz, Sr., Dr. Antonio P. Diaz, Jr., Mark Feliz Anton, Edward Juskowski, Kevin Juskowski, and Jeffrey Yeates. Honorary pall bearers will be, Robert Gerber, David Anton, David Andreasen and Leonard Anton.
