DICKERSON, Arque Bradford 91, of St. Petersburg, died June 18, 2014. Mr. Dickerson graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in industrial design. Mr. Dickerson was a pilot in WWII for the famed Tuskegee airmen. After the war, he was an industrial designer who redesigned aircraft instrument panels. Notable interior designs included work for the Queen of England and the Swedish Royal Family. Mr. Dickerson's children were presented an antique 48 star burial flag, as that was the US flag at the time of his WWII service. Major Norman Belson, USAR (Ret.) made the presentation at Veterans Funeral Care in Clearwater. Mr. Dickerson is being buried at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
