WATSON, Tom Jr. "Arthur" age 77, of St. Petersburg, passed away Aug. 20, 2014 in St. Petersburg. He was raised in Grosse Pointe, MI and moved to Tierra Verde in 1999. Tom resided in downtown St. Petersburg for the last 6 years. Tom graduated from GMI with degrees in industrial and mechanical engineering. He retired from Ford Motor Company in 1998. Tom was always a fun loving person with a contagious laugh. He was married to Nancy, his wife, for 45 years, and she loved him with all her heart. They lived life to its fullest and traveled the world. Tom had many passions in life including bridge, flying, cycling, boating, and getting together with friends and family. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; brothers, Jack and Jim; sisters-in-law, Julie Do-dge and Cheryl Olson; 12 nieces and nephews, JoAnne, Richard, Cherene, Charles , Julie, Jennette, Vince, Cassandra, Megan, Katlynn, Angelina, and Lauren. A Church service will be held at Pass-A-Grille Beach Community Church on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Suncoast Hospice, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33760.
