Jonette BALLMER Obituary

BALLMER, Jonette Henson 90, died March 19, 2013. Survived by: son, Ward Christopher; grandchildren, Daniel Ballmer, Heather Ballmer, Shelly Knoll, Michael Russell, Matthew Russell; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Patricia and Laverne. She was preceded in death by husband, Ward Evan; brother, William, and sisters, Lenore and Estelle. A loving mother and wife, she had the spirit and strength of her pioneer ancestors. Her lineage boasts Minutemen at Lexington and Concord 1775, original settlers Of Texas with Austin's 'Old 300', and soldiers with Hood's 4th Infantry, CSA regiment. She worked at Roswell AAB during WWII and heard and felt the tremors of the world's first atomic bomb 100 miles away. Her strength, love and wisdom will be sorely missed. Send donations to Hospice.
