BRYANT, Sharlene February 10, 1946 - March 3, 2014. A native of St. Petersburg, she graduated Valedictorian of the Gibbs High Class of '64. Sharlene later graduated Cum Laude with her BS in Nursing from FSU. She retired honorably in 2005 as a Commander in the US Public Health Service. Left to mourn are her daughters, Monique (Bilal) Salahuddin of Upper Marlboro, MD and Joi Bryant of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter, Gabrielle Bryant; sisters, Thelma Bruce and Janice Andrews; nephew, Gabriel Andrews, niece, Gabrielle (Allen) Lambert and two great nephews along with a host of other family members and friends. A "Celebration of Life" brunch will be held at the St. Petersburg Country Club for the family.
