Ceslie Alliene SCHRODER

SCHRODER, Ceslie Alliene, 51 of Tampa, passed away March 19, 2013. She is survived by her mother, Sarah Giddens Schroder Wahl; and preceded in death by her father, Palmer Lee Schroder; her step-father Bert Allen Wahl, Sr; grandparents, Henry Chalmers and Alliene Henderson Giddens. Born September 27, 1961, in St. Petersburg, Ceslie was raised and educated in Tampa where she attended Plant High, participated in the Dancero Team and was named Outstanding Fashion Merchandising Student. Upon graduation in 1979, she entered Brenau University where she participated in student government, the May Court, the President's Council, was president of Lambda Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and was selected for Who's Who in Sororities and Fraternities. Graduating with honors she again received the Outstanding Fashion Merchandising student award. Ceslie returned to Tampa and made her debut at the Gasparilla Debutante Ball in 1980 and joined the Junior League of Tampa. She began her career in fashion at Neiman Marcus in Dallas, TX. Returning to Tampa she furthered her career at Home Shopping Network as their television fashion coordinator after which she became a corporate trainer for Thompson and Company traveling extensively to the far east. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church of Tampa, FL. Services will be held at Blount & Curry MacDill Ave. Chapel, Tuesday, March 26 at 2pm.
