Elouise M. HOWARD

HOWARD, Elouise M., born on Valentine's Day 1920, 94, passed into her Savior's arms on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Elouise was preceded by her husband, Olan Howard. She was one of 11 siblings. Elouise's love of God was expressed in everything that she did, and is a true example for us all. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday - and the more she could feed the happier she was. Mom enjoyed sitting in her swing and visiting with her neighbors, giving love and friendship to all who passed by. She was Ms. Elouise to some children and Granny to others. Mom was the neighborhood counselor and enjoyed 'holding court' in the front yard. Everyone loved Elouise - even the puppies walking down the street. She is survived by her son Jim Howard, and his wife Donna of Tampa. She is survived by her brother, Louie Enfinger and his wife Shirley. She is also survived by grandsons Preston Howard and his wife Michelle, Todd Daniell and his wife Erica, and Chris Daniell and his wife Lisa; and great-grandsons, Max Daniell and Ethan Daniell, great-granddaughter, Kayla Howard and great-great grandson Emery. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 5, 10:00 a.m. at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa. Interment will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery, following the service. The family will receive friends from 9 - 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Flowers are acceptªed or please make contribuªtions to LifePath Hospice or your favorite organization. The family thanks the staff at Brighton Gardens of Tampa and the staff of LifePath Hospice for their dedicated and compassionate care.
