AGLIANO, Lucy, 78, of Tampa, passed away Monday, December 20,
2010. Lucy was born in
Bartles-ville, Okla., and grew up in Phoenix, Ariz., and Burbank, Calif. She obtained her registered nurse degree from St. Joseph' s Hospital School of Nursing in Phoenix. On April 30, 1955, Lucy married AB Agliano and helped put him through engineering college at the University of Florida
. She worked at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center
in Charleston, S.C., Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Fla., and retired in 1999 from St. Joseph Women' s Hospital in Tampa. She was predeceased by her husband, Epifanio "AB" Agliano; and is survived by her children, Rhonda, Don (Mary Jean), Mark (Misty) and Brian (Karin); grand-children, Nathan, Lea, Jordan and Colt; great-grandchild, Jordan; nephew, Dan Peacock; and niece, Carolyn Liff. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, jogging and above all else, she loved her children. The family will receive friends
3-5 p.m. Sunday, December 26, 2010, with a funeral service at 10 a.m. Monday, December 27, 2010, at Stowers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer' s Association.
