Prudencio VALLEJO Jr.

VALLEJO, JR., Prudencio, 69, passed peacefully at home on Dec. 8, 2012. He was born in Ybor City to Prudencio Sr. and Milagro (Torres) Vallejo on Oct. 7, 1943. He was a lifelong resident of Tampa, graduating from Hillsborough HS (61), and attended the Univ. of South Florida. The joys of life that he shared with his wife, Joan were their two sons, Prudencio III and Joseph, and his blessings grew with additions to their family of Prudy's wife, Tracy (McBee) and their children, Prudencio Aden, Allie, and Alexander; and Joseph's wife, Adrienne (Curcio) and their daughter, Charlotte. During his 45 year career as an employee of Hillsborough County, his dedicated service to the citizens of the community and his fellow employees, was praiseworthy and recognized. Although he was born an only child, he was a brother to many, and he made friendship a fine art. A celebration of his life will be held at JGR Funeral Home, 6718 N. Armenia Ave., Friday afternoon, December 14th, at 1 o'clock. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 12 NOON until service time at the funeral home. He asked that you stop by and tell those stories he can no longer tell. Please send online condolences to www.jgrfuneralhome.com
