Charles Edward "Chuck" MORRIS

MORRIS, Charles "Chuck" Edward, 72, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2013, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring, Florida. Chuck was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 11, 1941. Shortly after, his family moved to Elkhart, Indiana, where he attended school and later met his wife, Linda Sue (Crout) Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Edward Morris and Pearl Lucille (Yeager) Morris; a brother, George Clayton Morris and a son, Scott Allen Morris. He is survived by his wife; two children, Christina Lynn (Morris) Wagner and Scott Edward Morris; three grandchildren, Tony (Layla) Wagner, Lindsay Wagner and Tyler Wagner; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Zaelynn (with two more on the way) and a sister, Nancy (Morris) Shreiner. Chuck spent many years working in manufacturing and maintenance in Elkhart, Indiana, before moving to Sebring, Florida after his retirement. At the time of his passing he was a resident of Tanglewood Resort in Sebring, Florida, where he was a volunteer on many committees. He was also employed part-time at Disney World until last year. A memorial service will be held at Corey Lake Church of the Nazarene in Jones, Michigan, in August. Donations may be sent to the Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Rd., Sebring, FL 33870.
