MCLAREN, Betty Ann, 92, of Brooksville, passed away May 9, 2014. She was born in England, and came here in 1998 from Pinellas County. Betty was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church where she was a lectern and a Eucharistic Minister; member of the Elks Lodge 1912; Ladies Auxiliary VFW 8799, and the Brooksville Woman's Club where she served as President for 4 years. Betty retired from Bell Laboratories, and later worked for Beacon Theatre for 10 years in Brooksville. She is predeceased by her late husband, James McLaren and first husband, Philip McGrath; son, Barry McGrath, and daughter, Tracy McGrath-Heinzer. Betty is survived by her daughter, Lorelei Steen of Brooksville. A Gathering In Memory Friday, May 23rd at 10 a.m.; Brooksville Chapel.
