BOLTIN, JR., Herbert Haley, "Bo", died on February 15, 2014, following a fall at his home. He was in the care of HPH Hospice in Dade City. He was a native Floridian, born July 10, 1942, to the late Herbert and Lydia Land Boltin in Eustis, Florida. Bo was a proud University of Florida graduate where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. A true gentleman with a strong work ethic, he founded his business, Boltin Pest Control, in June 1968. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Lacy Sandy Boltin, and their daughter, Kennis Boltin Hyder (Doc). His grandchildren, Lovett and Bo Hyder, brought much joy to their Granddaddy. Bo is also survived by his brothers John (Val), Bennett (Janice), Robert, and his sister Lydia Ann Boltin Ficquette (Steve), his aunt and uncle Betty and John Land, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. This honorable man will be missed by his family and many lifelong friends. Bo was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish and raise bird dogs. He will be remembered as an outstanding sportsman. But what truly brought him the most pleasure was the love of his family and being with them. A celebration of Bo's life was held at the church where he grew up and later served as an Elder and Youth Leader, the First Presbyterian Church of Dade City. It took place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014. Immediately following the service, a reception was held for family and friends in the church Fellowship Hall. The Boltin family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Hospice for their kindness. In lieu of flowers, those wanting to honor Bo may wish to make a donation to HPH Hospice Foundation, 12107 Majestic Blvd., Hudson, FL 34667-2455 or the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches Inc., P.O.
