HENDERSON, William B., 86, of Tampa, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 12, 2014. William is survived by his loving wife, Bettye of 30 years; children: Trudy Adams (husband, Edward), William T., Sr. (wife, Vera) and Victoria; stepchildren Michelle Cochise (husband, Jack), Sheree' Puig (husband, Rick); 6 grandchildren: William, Jr., Bridgett, Kenneth, Courtney, Elizabeth and Evan; 6 great grand-children: Christian, Christy, William III, Nakaiyah, Selah and Jonathan. He also leaves behind his buddy and beloved dog "Bandit". He faithfully served his country in the US Marine Corp. during WWII. He worked at TECO for 36 years. He devoted his life to his hobby - "The Art of Bonsai" and was a Lifetime charter member of "Hukyu Bonsai Society" since 1965 and a Lifetime member of "Suncoast Bonsai Society". He loved photography, especially taking pictures of nature and had a gift for fixing most anything. If you met him, he always had a story or joke to share. He will be greatly missed and we will cherish the memories. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Lifepath Hospice, Gold Team. In his memory a Life Celebration Graveside Service will be held at Garden of Memories of Tampa on Feb. 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
