COLLINS, Adrian Horace, age 79, passed away September 16, 2012. Born in Welcome, Fla., he later moved to Tampa. He was in the scrap metal and trucking business, but his greatest joy was his boxing gym where he trained under-privileged children. He served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany, where he met and married the love of his life. He was preceeded in death by his mother, Cebell Sikes Collins and sisters; Wynell Baldwin and Lulabell Alonzo. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lilo; his Aunt Odessa and Uncle Edison; sister, Lois (Amado); brother, Joe (Rita); sons, Leeroy (Heather), Jerry (Nancy), Joe (Dolly), Roger (Melissa); daughter, Ardie (Danny), who never left his side through this final journey; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. A special thank you to his childhood friend, Paul, and neighbors, Alice and Don for their love and support. "Precious Memories, how they linger. How they ever flood my soul."
