HOLBROOK, Darlene Trerise, 76, of Tampa, formerly of Anaconda, Mont., passed away Feb. 6, 2013. She was born in Anaconda, Mont. on July 4, 1936 to Ted and Ann Trerise and attended local schools. Darlene was a member of the Rainbow Girls and Eastern Star. She was an usher at the Washoe Theatre. She married Dale Shelton in 1953 and they had two children. They divorced in 1962. Darlene worked for the Anaconda Company, and when the Research Dept. was moved to Tucson, Ariz. in 1968, she moved there with her children. In 1970, she married Fred Holbrook. They later moved to Tampa and had two children together. Darlene remained in Tampa residing with her daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. She enjoyed returning to Anaconda, Mont. to visit, especially for her 50th class reunion of AHS Class of 1954. She also enjoyed gatherings with her large extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Fred Holbrook. She is survived by her children, Gary Shelton (Polly Peterson), JoAnn Shelton (Roberts Bills), Sheila (George) Trinchet and Fred Holbrook, Jr.(Nichole Fernandez); sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Frank Smith; grandchildren, Laura (Shane) Jorgensen, Joseph Shelton, Savannah Shelton, Vercin (Arlana) Carter, Darius (Kristen) Dugas, Bonnie Dugas, Rebecca (Caleb) Randolf, George (Mandy) Trinchet, Eric Trinchet, Anthony Trinchet, Cynthia Trinchet, Jordan Holbrook, Kole Holbrook and Aiden Holbrook; 19 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
