HAWTHORNE, David, 62 of Plant City, Florida, entered into eternal rest on January 17, 2013. He was proud to be part of a Hillsborough County pioneer family that were recognized as Century Farmers. He loved his community and his family, and he will be missed. He is survived by his children, Apryl Dawn Hawthorne-Moss and James Denver Hawthorne; mother, Doris Hawthorne; siblings, Harold Ray Hawthorne and Elaine Shirley Morris; wife, Victoria Hawthorne; and step-daughter, Courtney. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dianne Myrtis Bagget and his father Eugene Griffin Hawthorne. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Park, 2401 North Wheeler Street, Plant City.
