WILLIAMS, Felton, 87, of Plant City, Florida, entered into eternal rest on December 27, 2012. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in WWII, and was the owner of Felton's Meat and Grocery. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church where he served as Treasurer and Deacon, the Lion's Club, the Board of Directors of South Florida Baptist Hospital, and many other trade and service organizations. He was named Plant City Citizen of the Year in 2006. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lucille Williams; children, Leland Williams, Karen Davis (Elliot), and Jeff Williams; siblings, Leo Williams, Dorothy Andreu, and Jeraldine "Dinky" Cribbs (James); grandchildren, Kayla and Cameron; and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his caregivers, Pansy, Jeanie, Pat, Lisa, and Rene. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 30 at 4:00 P.M. at Eastside Baptist Church, 1318 E. Calhoun Street, Plant City, 33563; where the family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 P.M. Private interment at Memorial Park, Plant City. He will always be remembered for his charitable nature, so in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Eastside Baptist Church Family Life Center and/or the South Florida Baptist Hospital Foundation, 301 North Alexander Street, Plant City 33563.
