My mother and I were just talking about Mr. Parham. Mom dated him in the early 70's. A kind man that was well respected. RIP Mr. Parham.

My grandfather was the smartest man I have ever known and ever will know. He will be missed. My greatest memories are the summers I spent with him.I love him very much and wish we had more time together. Until we meet again. I love you! Rest in peace.

All the blessings for peace and comfort for Mr. Parham's family and friends. He lived a long, courageous life. That mischievious smile and southern manner are what struck me most. Especially the smile, as though he knew something you didn't. The measure of a man is his family....Mr. Parham measured up.

You are in our thoughts and prayers. Jimmy was a very unique person, showing such love and a peaceful demeanor outside the courtroom but inside them a great warrior. I remember he actually took a swing at an opposing attorney across the table after having a pen thrown at him. I have such respect and admiration for him, and can remember walking down the halls with him as though I was walking beside a great giant. It seemed everyone knew him and always went out of their way to greet him. He spoke to me often of his love for his family and that family were the ones worth fighting for. I will miss his beautiful smile and words of wisdom. God Bless you during this great loss.

Our heartfelt sincere sympathy goes out to all of Jimmy's family, friends, neighbor's, co-worker's and extended family. Jimmy will be missed by all that knew him. Jimmy was one of Tampa's greatest and well liked Attornies that ever walked the halls of the Hillsborough County Courthouse.
We are praying for his family during their time of loss of their dear loved one. Rest in peace Jimmy. Gone but never to be forgotten.
