GIL, Joe, 82, of Tampa, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 29, 2012 where he was reunited with his beloved wife of 53 years, Carrie Gil. He was a retired supervisor for Hills-borough County School District. Joe is survived by his daughter, Orlinda Morales; sons, Mario Gutierrez and John Ulmo; grandchildren, Michelle Custodio, Jack (JJ) Morales, Gina Zayas, Ashley Lacey, Alison Gutierrez, Kayla and Alexandra Ulmo; loving cousins, Barbara Faruzzo of N.Y. and Sammy Pullara of Nevada. The family would like to especially thank Eva Diaz, Xiomara Martinez, Zenaida (Mimi) Gutierrez, Daniella's ALF (Gilberto, Yuri and family) and Cena and Fausto for their loving care. A most grateful and sincere thank you to the Hospice Garnet Team, chaplain Debbie and especially Jennifer who gave more than nursing care to Joe and his loved ones. A special thank you to chaplain Mark who ensured Joe received military recognition for his Air Force service. Per Joe's request, a private mass will be held for the immediate family.
