Dear Hanner Family,
I am writing on behalf of my mother Pat Tyson- a family friend of Dave & Ms. Janie in the late 1950's - early 1960's. Over the years she spoke so often and fondly of both of you- and we always questioned and wondered- what ever happened to? It was with great saddness that we read of the loss of Mr. Dave. My Mother has wondered so many times- I wonder where they settled to? I promised her I would continue to look and see if I could find some more information- so that she could maybe give Ms. Janie a call. She recalls times when they were pregnant at the same time - with one of us- and one of her's- forgive me for not remembering. I am going to try and find a number for my mother to try and call- Ms. Janie if somehow you or one of your family reads this- my mom would love to talk to you- 901-272-2255. She sends her deepest sympathies and condolences to all of the family-

My wife and I were saddened when we learned of Mr. Hanner's passing. He played a vital role in the Packer's success when we were growing up in Wisconsin. Although we're now retired in Florida, we remain avid Packer fans and are saddened when any of the former Packer players depart to be with Coach Lombardi.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Hanner family.
