KING, Leslie Christine, 55, passed away February 26, 2013. She was born in Tampa, Florida, November 27, 1957. She was preceded in death by her mother, Myrtle Christine King. Leslie is survived by her loving father, Thomas McRae King and his wife, Patti King; her loving sisters, Windy Gail King Ciccarello and husband, Sam Frederick Ciccarello, Virdie Desiree King Alfieri and husband, Michael Kevin Alfieri, and loving nephew, Michael Giancarlo Alfieri. Leslie started working for the Tampa Division of the United States District Court in 1978 and rose up through the ranks to become the Manager of the Fort Myers Division of the U. S. District Court. She retired after 30 years of service. Leslie was a multifaceted individual who loved fishing (taught to her by her dad) and won many tournaments competing against both men and women. She loved the outdoors, the water and travel. Her trips took her to far-reaching, exotic places. She was an avid reader and was well versed in a wide variety of subjects, including politics and investing. Leslie's passion was music and she loved to dance and even sing on occasion. Leslie was beautiful, talented, and accomplished. We will miss her and those startling beautiful blue eyes. Leslie was loved by her family, and will be deeply missed. A private ceremony was held at 1:00 p.m, on Saturday, March 9, 2013. She was laid to rest at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
