JENKINS, Rayma Louise, age 29, passed this life on November 27, 2012. She grew up in Tampa where she graduated from H.B. Plant High School in 2002. At Plant, Rayma excelled in soccer and basketball. She went on to graduate from the University of Central Florida where she served two consecutive terms as photo editor for the University's newspaper. She was employed by L3 Communications in Washington D.C. During family vacations in the Florida Keys, Rayma developed a passion for the outdoors. As a youth, she spent countless days boating and fishing on Tampa Bay. As a young adult, she loved entertaining friends at her family's Homosassa River cabin. She was an avid scuba diver and accomplished photographer. Most of all, Rayma loved sharing unique experiences with friends and family. Rayma was preceded in death by her older twin brothers, Luther McGinnis Jenkins and Keith William Jenkins. Rayma is survived by her parents, Diane Carter and Keith Carter, her sisters, Julie Jenkins and Elizabeth Carter, her brothers, David Carter, Patrick Carter and John Carter, and her grandmother, Peggy Horn. Rayma will be remembered always and loved forever. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Tampa.
