Richard Koble Obituary



KOBLE, Richard Alexander, 79, of Hernando, Fla., passed away June 1, 2011, surrounded by his family.

He was born in the Bronx, N.Y. Richard served in the U.S. Air Force as an airplane mechanic. He graduated from Fort Wayne University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He was employed by the Tampa Electric Co. for 18 years and retired from Georgia Power. He enjoyed woodworking, boating and traveling the world. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Peggy; daughter, Lyn Isaacs (Bob) of Johns Creek, Ga.; son, Paul Koble of Newnan, Ga.; brother, Daniel Davidenko (Yoli) of Tampa; sister-in-law, Mary Timinor (Jeff) of Hudson, Fla.; grandchildren, John "Jay" Alexander Isaacs, Catherine Camille and Patrick Alexander Koble; stepgrandsons, Michael and Matthew Isaacs; and nephews, Adam and Troy Davidenko of Tampa and Richard Stevenson of White Plains, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Craftsman Guild at 52 Civic Circle, Beverly Hills, FL 34465, where Richard spent many hours on his woodworking projects, or the charity of your choice. A memorial service will take place at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Heinz Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to the hour of the service. Heinz Funeral Home
