SCOTT, Robert Eden, 69, of Greenville, SC, formerly of Tampa, passed away very peacefully at his home on Saturday, April 14, 2012 after a nine year battle with congestive heart failure. Born on May 21, 1942 at Port Arthur, Texas, he was the son of the late Robert Burch and Emma Lee Scott. Mr. Scott had been employed for the past 21 years by Security Forces, Inc., Greenville, SC. He was member of Bayshore Baptist Church of Tampa. He is survived by his sister, Sherry Capitan and her husband, Joe Capitan of Piedmont, SC; a nephew, John Capitan of Greenville, SC; a niece, Andralee C. Bright of Charleston, SC; and twelve first cousins. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 2:00 and funeral service will follow at 3:00 in the Chapel of Garden Memories Funeral Home, 4207 East Lake Ave., Tampa, Fla., with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery beside his parents.
