Rosbina Artze Obituary
May 6, 2011, with her family by her side. She was born in Davao, Mindanao, Philip-pines, to Kyuzo and Ayap Doi. Rose was a military wife and lifelong homemaker and a devoted wife and loving mother. When she wasn't doting on her grand-children, she loved a clean house and spending time tending to her flowers and vegetables in her garden. Left behind to cherish many wonderful memories are her husband, Joseph D. Artze; daughter, Cecilia Bibiloni and her husband, Anthony Bibiloni; two grandchildren, Alexandra Bibiloni and Nicholas Bibiloni; nephews; a niece; a brother-in-law; her husband's family in Puerto Rico; and an extended family of her son-in-law's very loving relatives. Rose had a heart of gold and cared for all who crossed her path. She will be fondly remembered and forever loved. The family would like to thank the many special people at Tampa General Hospital (7C) for their compassion and care, plus a special thanks to Lifepath Hospice for their professional help and many acts of kindness. Each of these people were a small miracle in Rose's final days. "Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you there."

We will never forget Rosie and the good times we had with her, the wonderul gourmet dishes she used to so carefully prepare. We remember her and her cleanliness. You literaly could eat off her sparkling floor. She was loved and she will be missed. Dave, Ki, Anthony and Grandchildren, our deepest sympathies.
