MORGAN, Otha George, 82, of Tampa, passed away on July 11, 2014. He was predeceased by his first wife, Sue Ann Morgan, his second wife, Emiko Morgan, sister, Jean Irwin, and his two brothers, Dewitt and Charles Lake Morgan. He is survived by his son, Otha (Debra) George Morgan III; his daughter, Lynda Ann Morgan; his grandsons, Robert (Linda) Lee Monts De Oca and Brandon George Morgan; his great-grandchildren, Alexa Brooke Monts De Oca and Cole Daniel Monts De Oca; and several nieces and nephews. He was born February 10, 1932 in Dalton, Georgia. George joined the U.S. Air Corp in 1946 and retired as a Master Sargent of the U.S. Air Force in 1975. He served two tours of Viet Nam. After military retirement, he worked and retired from Lear Siegler Inc. He was a 32nd degree mason and at Holyrood Lodge Number 257 when he received his Master Mason forty year pin. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite and Zendah Grotto. The family gives their heartfelt thanks to the staff of nurses and doctors at the V.A. Hospital, Haley's Cove, and the MICU unit at the V.A. Hospital for the special care and support they provided. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations are made in his honor to the Wounded Warrior Project. Visitation will be received by the family one hour prior to the service at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
