peace June 18, 2010. Toni was a beloved daughter, sister, partner, compan-ion, and friend. Toni was born August 13, 1960, in Endicott, N.Y., to parents Anthony and Beverline Iacovelli. She was loved, honored and cherished, and is survived by her parents; her sister, Michele R. Iacovelli of Binghamton, N.Y.; her longtime partner and companion, Nadine D. Mescia; several cousins; numerous close friends; and her furry faithful companion, Elliott. Toni lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1978, where she resided for 27 years in
South Tampa. She graduated with honors from the University of Tampa, class of 1982. Toni had a 26-year career at Barnett Bank/Nations Bank/Bank of America when she retired in 2006 as an assistant vice president. Toni lived her life with integrity, independence, intuition, strength, courage, compassion, bravery, passion and love. She valued life, family, friends, faith, fine food, furry pals and fun. Toni was a blessing to all who knew her, and she will never be forgotten. A celebration of Toni' s life will take place at 2 p.m., followed by the memorial service at 3 p.m., Thursday, July 1, at the University of Tampa in the Fletcher Lounge. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to UT in Toni' s honor towards a scholarship in her name and send it to the Office of Development at the University. Please include "Iacovelli Scholarship" on your check.
