LAYMAN, David, 53, born in New York City on January 15, 1959, was called back to God in the town he called home, Plant City, Florida, on February 14, 2012. He loved life, his family and friends. Like his father, Paul Nash Layman Jr. (deceased), he was passionate about all aviation, race car driving, and scuba diving. David collected memorabilia, especially sports and was an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins. He owned Earhart's Runway Restaurant in Lakeland. He is survived by his wife Romina Layman; sons Ryan Layman (Lauren) and Alec Layman; step-children Loradana and Robin Hurtado; mother Corinne de la Rupelle Layman; sister Alexandra Andon; nephews Avery, Alec, Arlis Andon, and granddaughter Ava Layman. He had many other loving family members and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 21 at 5:00 P.M. at St. Clement Catholic Church, 1104 North Alexander Street, Plant City.
