DUPREE, Florine, 86 of Dade City, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 in Dade City. Florine was born in Sheridan, Wy. to William Carl and Flora Hopper Howard and has been a resident of the Dade City area for many years. She was a bookkeeper with the Pasco County School System where she worked at Pasco Middle School and Moore Mickens Middle School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Maines DuPree in 2002. Survivors include her loving family; children, Kirk DuPree of Dade City, Cheryl Howard (Ric) of Brooksville, Darren DuPree (Sharon) of Wesley Chapel, brothers Roy Edwin Howard of Lakeland, Carl Howard of Alva; grandchildren Michelle Stevens (Chris), of Orlando; Kristen Howard of Brooksville, Kacy Howard of Texas, Joshua & Tyler DuPree both of Wesley Chapel and great-grandsons Tanner & Noah Stevens. Florine's family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Hwy 301. Mrs. DuPree will be laid to rest next to her husband at Floral Memory Gardens.
