A homicide investigation is under way after a man and woman were found dead inside a North Tampa home.
Tampa police, responding to a 911 call Wednesday around 11:30 p.m. at 10013 24th St. N., found the bodies of 21-year-old Chelsea Lynn Sizemore and 28-year-old Eric Albert Salabirria.
Sizemore is the daughter of Dave "Flash" Morgan, radio personality for WRBQ, "Q-105" FM.
Police say the victims suffered upper body trauma, and there were no signs of forced entry into the home.
The couple had a 2-year-old child in the home who was unharmed, police say. The child was taken from the home by a neighbor and is now with a family member.
Police are investigating the cause of the deaths.
On his Facebook page early this morning, Morgan thanked listeners for their support.
"It is with the saddest heart that I have to report that my youngest daughter Chelsea was killed last night in what appears to be a home invasion," Morgan posted on his Facebook page early this morning. "I am living a parents worst nightmare as I type this message out.
"I will probably be out of touch for a bit as I try to get my head around this. I have endured a lot of things in my life, but this is by far the most difficult thing to try to understand. My child has been taken from me, and I am broken. I pray for her soul and for strength to pull me and my family thru the dark hours ahead."
