Elaine Rae Ulmer Cohee, 83, died June 22, 2013, in Blountstown. She was born in Stuart and lived there until graduation from Martin County High School. She attended Florida State University and graduated from a West Palm Beach business college. After working as a bookkeeper at Ulmer Motors for several years, she was employed by the Martin County tax collector until moving to Blountstown in 1984. Before retirement, she was employed by the Jackson County tax collector. She was a member of Macedonia First Baptist Church of Blountstown. Survivors include her sister, Peggy Ulmer Davidson; three granddaughters; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Bill Cohee; and son, Daniel Cohee. Services: A funeral service was June 27 at Macedonia Baptist Church, Blountstown. Cremation followed. Arrangements are by Peavy Funeral Home, Blountstown.
