Larry Acquasanta, 91, died April 8, 2013, at Tiffany Hall in Port St. Lucie. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived on the Treasure Coast for 25 years, coming from New York. He was an Army
veteran, serving in Europe during World War II
. He retired from the New York Transit Authority, then worked at Shea Stadium and Madison Square Garden. He was an active member of Holy Family Church. He was a member of the Elks Club
. Survivors include his daughter, Victoria Acquasanta Buhlmann; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Angela; and son, Ralph. Services: Services will be on April 14 at the Moore Funeral Home in Valley Stream, N.Y., with interment at Calverton National Cemetery on April 15.
