ROBERT PIZZAMIGLIO


+ ROBERT E. PIZZAMIGLIO Robert Emil Pizzamiglio, also known by his stage name of Bobby Page, 75, of Spring Valley, IL, passed away Sunday evening, December 9, 2012, in his home, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Pizzamiglio was born in Spring Valley on March 29, 1937 to Anibale and Sarah (Theodore) Pizzamiglio. He was a graduate of DePue Unit Schools and Illinois State University. He married Judy Edgar on March 6, 1977 in Bloomington, IL. Mr. Pizzamiglio was a self- employed entertainer, musician, and entrepreneur. He was a chef, he owned and managed restaurants, and he also worked in sales. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Spring Valley. Robert is survived by his wife, Judy, of Spring Valley, IL; a daughter, Joy Ellen (Greg) Carroll of Las Vegas, NV; four sons, Mike (Katie) Pizzamiglio of Bloomington, IL, Robert Pizzamiglio of Chicago, Mickey Pizzamiglio of Harrisburg, PA, and Tony (Eve) Pizzamiglio of Sydney, Austrailia; a step- daughter, Melissa Beauford of Las Vegas, NV; six grandchildren, Sophia Pizzamiglio-Scott, Chelsea Eckert, Torri Carroll, and Lauren, Frank, and Maya Pizzamiglio; a brother, Albert (Nancy) Pizzamiglio of Aubrey, TX; a daughter-in-law, Laura Pizzamiglio of Oswego, IL; nieces, nephews, cousins, and his beloved dogs, Buster and Spencer. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday, December 13 at the Barto Funeral Home, Spring Valley, IL. The Rev. Robert Spilman will officiate. Burial will be at Valley Memorial Park, Spring Valley, at a later date. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of services Thursday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to St. Margaret's Hospice, Friends of Strays, or to the donor's choice. Paid Obituary
