Christine A. Spacek

Christine A. Spacek, 66, died May 11, 2011, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce. She was born in Astoria, Queens, N.Y., and lived in Port St. Lucie for 13 years, coming from Fairfax, Va. She retired after 29 years as a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines. Survivors include her friend, Terry Echeveria; and sisters, Diana Carney and Justine Burnett. She was preceded in death by her sister, Francine LeVasseur. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Florida, 2701 N. Australian Ave., Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33407-4526. Services: A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. June 13 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, followed by a reception at the Lake Charles clubhouse.
