Eileen Corcoran Navarro

Eileen Corcoran Navarro, 86, died June 1, 2011, at her home. She was born in Montreal and lived in Barefoot Bay for 22 years, coming from Prospect, Conn. She was the co-owner with her first husband, Edward J. Corcoran Sr., of Corcoran's Transportation in Brown Place, Waterbury, Conn., for 60 years. Survivors include her sons, Edward J. Corcoran, Jr. of Waterbury and Gary Corcoran of Prospect, Conn.; daughters, Carolyn A. Nelson and Linda Koerber, both of Barefoot Bay; stepdaughter, Sandra Fehrs of Wolcott, Conn.; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward J. Corcoran Sr. and Joseph Navarro; and a stepson, Joseph G. Navarro. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, 4450 W. Eau Gallie Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32934.
