Dr. Garron Klepach, 72, died April 22, 2013, in Vero Beach. He was born in Detroit, and lived on the Treasure Coast for 11 years, coming from Michigan. He was a graduate of Notre Dame University and Cornell Medical College. After completing a residency program in ophthalmology at Wayne State University and a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at Harvard University, he returned to Wayne State as assistant professor of ophthalmology. He opened a private practice in the Detroit area. Survivors include his wife, June; sons, Thomas, Christian, and Joel; and two grandchildren. Services: A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. April 26 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
